This website, www.kumarclasses.com, is operated by Kumarnetic Private Limited ("Kumar Classes", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India, GSTIN 29AAKCK4080F1ZC, with its coaching centre at Y G Murthy Complex, 2nd Floor, above Udupi Veg Restaurant, opposite Rail Wheel Factory, Doddaballapur Main Road, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore – 560064, Karnataka.
By using this website, enrolling a student, or making a payment to us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
Kumar Classes provides coaching and tuition, including:
- Tuition for Classes 5 to 12 across CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and State boards
- Preparation for Navodaya and Sainik School entrance examinations
- Diploma and Engineering coaching
Course content, batch structure, timings, and faculty may be revised from time to time to suit academic requirements.
3. Admission & Enrolment
- Admission is subject to seat availability. Batches are limited to a maximum of 10 students.
- Admission may require an assessment test to determine appropriate batch placement.
- Submitting an enquiry or admission form through our website or WhatsApp does not confirm admission. Admission is confirmed only after our review, completion of admission formalities, and payment of the applicable fees.
- Information provided at the time of admission must be accurate and complete.
- Students below 18 years of age must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are as communicated at the time of admission and are inclusive of GST.
- Fees may be paid in full or in instalments, as agreed at the time of admission.
- Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, PayU. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
- A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment received.
- Continued attendance is subject to fees being paid by the agreed due dates.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Classes, Timings & Attendance
- Batch timings are allotted at the time of admission and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
- We may reschedule or combine classes on account of holidays, examinations, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be given.
- Regular attendance is the responsibility of the student and parent. Fees are not adjusted or refunded for classes a student does not attend.
- Missed classes may be compensated at our discretion, subject to batch availability.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty and fellow students, and refrain from any conduct that disrupts teaching. We reserve the right to discontinue a student's enrolment for serious or repeated misconduct, or for behaviour that endangers others. Fees are not refundable where enrolment is discontinued for misconduct.
7. Study Material & Intellectual Property
All notes, practice papers, tests, recordings, and other material provided by Kumar Classes are our intellectual property and are supplied solely for the enrolled student's personal use. They may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, or distributed in any form. Website content, the Kumar Classes name, and our logo may not be used without our written permission.
8. Photographs & Publicity
We may photograph classes, events, or results and publish student names, photographs, and academic achievements on our website, social media, or promotional material. We will obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before publishing any identifiable image, name, or result of a student who is a minor. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@kumarclasses.com.
9. Results & Performance
We are committed to quality teaching, but academic outcomes depend on each student's effort, attendance, and ability. We do not guarantee any particular mark, rank, selection, or examination result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Parents are responsible for their child's travel to and from the centre. Personal belongings are brought at the student's own risk.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Our website may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated directly.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
